What’s Included:

Discovery and Assessment: We evaluate your current workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities, challenges, and inefficiencies. This includes reviewing EZLynx usage, integrations, and legacy systems. We define project goals, success metrics, and scope to create a clear roadmap and aligned expectations.

Data Clean-up & Preparation: We review and standardize your agency’s data, policies, contacts, carriers, and documents removing duplicates and outdated information. In addition, we partner with EZlynx to map your legacy data to EZLynx.

Configuration: We set up EZLynx to match your agency’s unique workflows and operational needs, including users, roles, permissions, rating, policy setups, templates, and carrier connections.

Workflow Design & Automation Implementation: We design and optimize end-to-end workflows across sales, service, renewals, and claims, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. We will also deploy up to 3 automations of your choosing.

Team Buy-In & Enablement: We equip your team with the knowledge and confidence to use EZLynx effectively through role-based training, hands-on sessions, and supporting guides.
