With over two decades of leadership experience across Sales, eCommerce, Customer Success, Operations, and Customer Marketing, Katie brings a 360° view of the customer experience—and she uses it to make big things happen.
Katie is all about impact. Whether it’s designing digital programs that scale, refining operational processes, or helping teams deliver better, faster, and smarter results, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Her superpowers include creating composable customer journeys, championing the voice of the customer, and building data-driven foundations that teams can actually use.
Katie spent 20 years at Monster.com in a variety of leadership roles and business segments, where she developed a reputation for her strategic mindset, her ability to anticipate challenges before they appear, and her gift for making cross-functional collaboration feel effortless.
Katie was recently honored with the 2024 Outstanding Woman in Customer Success Award, recognizing her expertise in designing composable customer journeys, optimizing data, developing voice of the customer strategies, and building scalable operational foundations. When she’s not busy solving churn or scaling customer programs, Katie is at home in Indianapolis, navigating the lively adventures of being a proud mom to 17-year-old triplet daughters (yes—three teenagers at once!). Her life is full, fast-paced, and fueled by a passion for helping others do their best work.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning Customer Success, Data Analytics, Customer Service, and Operations—including 15+ years in leadership roles—Kristin Hallas brings a deeply cross-functional perspective to every engagement at SFE Advisors.
Kristin is passionate about building what works—and making it scale. Whether she’s designing retention strategies, implementing journey frameworks, or helping teams align around customer outcomes, she thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and experience. She’s led Customer Success across multiple SaaS industries and most recently guided clients at a leading CS platform provider, helping them build scalable, impactful programs from the ground up.
Her superpowers? Turning complex customer journeys into measurable business impact, aligning internal teams around a shared customer vision, and driving operational excellence without the bloat. Kristin is known for her clarity, speed, attention to detail, and ability to make even the most ambitious customer programs feel achievable.

When she’s not leading transformation for clients, Kristin resides in Chandler, Arizona, where she’s a dedicated wife and proud mom to a 16-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son who keep life dynamic and joyfully unpredictable with all their activities. She balances her commitment to her customers’ success with a deep commitment to family—and brings that same balance and intention to every engagement.
